Association statute states the following purpose:
ARVAR Association aims to improve living conditions, education and development of disadvantaged children in Romania
The goal will be achieved by:
Bringing together people animated by the same desire to provide skills and service to society;
Organizing training camps and additional training of the association members
Completion and development of services already offered by existing institutions in the state structure
Supporting children in special situations
Collaboration with other similar purpose associations and foundations
